TAL Hydration Warranty Policy

TAL Hydration products are designed for performance and durability. We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all TAL products.

If your product is defective or broken due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll evaluate your claim and provide a replacement if eligible.

To request a warranty review, please include:

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
  • Images clearly showing the defect or damage
  • A short explanation of the issue

Please note: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.
