This warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, damage caused by overheating and does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other damage which does not impair the functionality of the product. This warranty is valid only for the first quality goods purchased from Walmart retail locations, and If you believe you have a defective bottle and wish to make a warranty claim, please fill out our support form on our homepage with your warranty claim request.

4) Please send us a photo of the defects or damaged item showing our logo so we can document your claim. This photo will also be used to address & improve any quality control issues.
